The Foster Alumni Co-Mentoring Experience brings together foster youth ages 18 to 24, with a select group of adults to create a healthy safety-net that supports them as they transition into independent living.
The Foster Alumni Co-Mentoring Experience is looking for adults who are interested in spending time with and offering support to young adults who are transitioning out of foster care. The Experience is also looking for youth participants to join the program. We are also seeking volunteers.
